The prices in Euros and US Dollars are based on an average daily exchange rate. When your order is processed the total actually charged may vary dependant on the rate of exchange at that time.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed and Perfume Care will not grant compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result.
Stock which is advertised as damaged, un-boxed or with no lid are 100% genuine, they have never been used or on display.Please read carefully the exact packaging descriptions before ordering.
Only one promotion code or gift voucher code, regardless of its origin, can be redeemed against any one order. Promotions do not apply to any site sales.
Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. Perfume Care will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer at the time of purchase.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately where possible. The customer will be informed of all progress.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Perfume Care express permission to do so.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Perfume Care reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied. In cases where it is insisted that payment is made by cash or bank transfer, we reserve the right to allow 24 hours from time that funds are received before we continue to process your order.
In some circumstances, postage prices quoted on the website may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. If this is the case, Perfume Care reserve the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
Perfume Care reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
Perfume Care reserves the right to contact customers regarding orders.
If Perfume Care has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we are unable to dispatch an item to you, the item will be removed from your order. Depending upon your payment method, you will either be refunded for the cancelled item, or payment will not be collected from your card for the cancelled item. Perfume Care will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
Orders returned 'Not Called For'(or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified that the goods have been returned and the order effectively cancelled. The customer will then need to reorder the goods if they are still required.
Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard or Tracked Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days.
Orders dispatched via Tracked postage, in countries where the Tracking service is not available will not receive discounted postage costs as the cost of the Tracked service still applies in order to cover shipping insurance costs.
If an order is not received you must notify Perfume Care in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
Perfume Care shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Perfume Care will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, Perfume Care will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
None of the above effects your statutory rights. Delivery All UK orders will be dispatched using City LINK or TNT "Signed For" for delivery, which typically takes 2-3 working days.
A signature is required for delivery. If the Courier is unable to obtain a signature when they attempt to deliver your parcel, you will receive a postcard with collection details and your order will be held at your local Branch delivery office for 7 days. If you do not collect your parcel after 7 days it is returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of redelivery.
We make every effort to process all our orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have devised the grid below to advise you when you can expect delivery of your order.

** The above tables illustrate our typical delivery times true to 99% of our orders. However, as with any service there are exceptions. You can track your order once it is dispatched, you will receive email with booking reference, which you can track your order. Delivery cost is £5.50 up to 10kg Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Perfume Care and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have. If, however, you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will promptly exchange the item, issue a credit or refund you.
Terms and Conditions 1. Customers have the right to return their order within 28 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Perfume Care does not refund postal charges.
2. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
3. Returned items should be sent by 1st Class Parcel Post, Perfume Care does not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service.
4. Any returned items must be received within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any faulty goods returned after this time may only receive a part refund dependant on the amount of product used. Any goods returned more than 6 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.
5. Any items damaged during return due to insufficient packaging may only receive a part refund at Perfume Care’s discretion.

Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Safebuy UK code of practice. This is also in accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes any information you provide us via the forms you fill in on the site. Perfume Care does not store credit card details as we currently use Paypal as a payment gateway.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. We use this information to recognise you when you return to the site and to store information about your preferences to personalise our service for you.
